Regarding Shipping:
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, and external factors beyond our control.
HyprPhonic is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it. Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered are not the responsibility of HyprPhonic. Reaching out to the carrier would be the customer's solution in this event.

Regarding Refunds:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@hyprphonic.com within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof. Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or items damaged after wear or washing. Orders placed with incorrect shipping information are the responsibility of the customer.
All limited drops and pre-orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
HyprPhonic reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, or exchange request that does not meet these conditions.
